Q: How do you lock it? I was looking at the pull tabs which usually have a hole at the ends where you would lock it with a TSA lock but there are no holes for a lock that I could see.

    Buyer Beware

    Delivery via FedEx was a disaster. The suitcase arrived unboxed, filthy, which ended up creating an issue for me when returning it in the Target store. “The suitcase looks used.” No. Your method of shipping was a failure. Purchased during Black Friday as a gift. Ridiculous. Buyer beware from the shipping method and the return folks at Target. The suitcase was nice. Just make sure you purchase in person.

    Broke after 3 trips

    I really liked this luggage until it broke after just 3 trips. A worker tossed my bag and the hard plastic cracked and a wheel broke off. Luckily there is an inner lining so nothing fell out of my bag. Since this is a Checked suitcase it needs to be more tough. Spend a little extra money to buy a better quality bag, this one is not worth the cost

    Light weight but very flawed

    I bought this for a short trip and liked the color and how light it was. But it's not good quality, unfortunately. The expansion zipper didn't work right from the start and it ended up just jamming all together when it got halfway unzipped. I got this for a job interview out of town so I had to use it. I didn't get the job plus spent over $100 on this bag that doesn't work. I wouldn't buy this again.

    super low quality, broke after 2nd use

    one of the four wheels completely broke off, including the plastic corner, during the second time using. if it was under $100 maybe i’d be more understanding, but for the price I’d highly recommend not buy this and opting for another brand.

    Good bag

    The suitcase and zipper are great. The pull up handle was continually getting stuck until I sprayed the tiniest bit of wd-40 on it. We still had to work with it. I bought it for my daughter the day she was leaving bc she didn’t know she could check a bag, so we just had to use it. She says it has gotten much better as the trip has gone on.
