A: Hi Lola - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Hello Baby Target GiftCard $10. Yes, a Target GiftCard can be sent to a friend's phone number as a "Mobile Target GiftCard". This means it will be sent via text message. The mobile device needs to be web-enabled, as the gift card is accessed through a link. To send a Target GiftCard to a friend's phone number, you can select "Digital Delivery" during checkout and enter the recipient's phone number. This will send a text message containing the gift card details to the recipient I hope this helps - Emma
