Very happy with this knife. The serrated edge helps my 10 year old daughter with her prep work of veggies as well as cooked meats. It's a very good knife with a slim handle design, perfect for her to hold and utilize.

I was unable to slice through the onion as I normally would. Instead, I had to saw through the onion and it was a bit unwieldy with the thin blade. Chopping and dicing the onion wasn't too enjoyable with this knife either. Next I I sliced and diced a fresh 3 × 6 tomato and it was simply wonderful. For my final test I sliced a lime into wedges and again it was a joy to use. So, this certainly will not be replacing my chef knife. It will, however, be a nice addition to my collection and I'll probably use it every day at work and often at home.
