This is a nice forged carving set. Forging improves a knife's weight as well as giving it better edge retention (will stay sharp longer). It has great weight and balance, and I love the curved three rivet handle; very comfortable. Perfect to slice turkey, ham or a roast.

Essential three
Essential three knives at an extraordinary deal. These are the ones that you will reach for to handle all your peeling, slicing, chopping and mincing tasks. Forgerd Accent- Durable and sharp knives which are made to last! I like the full bolster which is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap detail. These are well balanced knives. Contoured three riveted handle is comfortable to hold.

It's nice to have a carving set on hand for those holiday roasts and even that BBQ brisket. These knives have full bolsters, full tang with triple rivet ergonmic handles. Are well balanced and sharp. Made from quality Stainless steel for ease of care.

This is a great set for your carving needs. If you don’t usually use a carving knife until holiday season, this is a good set to get. It’s at an affordable price, and you’re getting a high carbon forged German stainless steel knife accompanied with a carving fork. The Carving knife stays nice and sharp, and has a great weight and comfortable handle.
