probably the worst shampoo that’s touched my head. the formula felt nice in my hands but i put it in my hair and it began to knot and dry out immediately. i lost more hair brushing than i ever have.

Even if I wash my hair three times in the shower, my scalp does not feel clean. I think this would be good for someone who wants an oily scalp.

I bought this for my daughter because of the cute pink color. This stuff drips everywhere and leaves the tub a mess. Sticks to the bathtub when rising it out of hair and cleaning it is like the equivalent of cleaning up playdoh. Does not wipe off easily. Won’t be buying again.

This product was changed -and the new formula is not good. I used this for 10+ years without any issues. It was a great product. Not the new version - color and packaging are different. do not recommend Dried out my hair in just a few washes of new product

What you've described is not something we would expect and I'm sharing your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. You may not be using the correct version for your hair type. Hair can look frizzy or dry if it is not conditioned enough. Tips: Try a richer conditioner. Try using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week. Leave conditioner on for up to 5 minutes. Use more conditioner on the ends of your hair, which do not get enough of the natural oils from your scalp. Try using a leave-in conditioner instead of one you rinse out.

I have used Herbal Essence Rose hips since the 90s! I love that particular shampoo and conditioner but now getting older I recently started dyeing my hair so I switched to this formula. I started getting acne on my scalp within two days. My hair feels fine and the color still looks good but it's not worth having little pimples on my head. Going back to old faithful.

I have been using this conditioner for years. It doesn’t weigh my hair down and keeps it soft, silky and tangle free. I have tried others, but this one is my favorite, by far!! Smells good too!

i dunno why but it smells like blueberry muffins and it's good i guess, uh i just kinda use whatever's upstairs and someone asked why my hair smelled like blueberry muffins and i told em it was this shampoo so i looked at the brand. i dunno if this is how it's supposed to smell but this is what it ended up smelling like so i guess it's good?

Don't get this. It seriously dried out my hair, stripped it of everything, while washing my hair was so stripped and dry and tangling my fingers were getting caught and my hair breaking, it also damaged it and gave me dead hair. I have 2b/2c/3a waves.

I love the old version of Color Me Happy but not the new shampoo and body wash. Leaves a film on my hair. If I wanted a body wash I would buy a body wash. Definitely don’t like the combination product.

I don't know why they changed their formula on this conditioner. It has absolutely ruined my hair and dried it out completely. I used this conditionefor a long time and I can't believe they changed it. Will never be buying this product again!!! It's horrible!!

Does Color Me Happy (Rose Essence-pink color) have gluten hidden in it? I see it is paraben, silicone and mineral oil free-but does not say gluten free; however I can not find gluten in the ingredient section. I adore the scent, but can not use products that contain gluten. I see Herbal Essence has other gluten free products stated on their label-I was really hoping to use this product/scent.
