Helped a little but at a cost
I was using this semi regularly and at first my skin was okay with it. I now am breaking out from it and have what I can assume to be contact dermatitis on my face. I have raised inflamed skin where I was applying it. I’ve been experiencing itching and burning too. I don’t have sensitive skin either. Throwing it in the trash. Use at your own risk!

Does exactly what it says
This product works amazing! I always have a lot of redness left over after a pimple is popped and when I apply this on top the redness goes away so fast!

Not working. Problems with application.
After 3 weeks, I see no difference at all. I don't like that it can't be used under makeup as it stays sticky, and makeup sticks to the spots where used, looking terrible. I had to wash the product off my face and reapply my makeup. I've read that the wands worked better, but they're no longer available.

Works great!

Ingredients
I would like to see a full list of ingredients because my daughter used and she broke out in hives and a rash on her face. She is allergic to something in your product and it isn't the vitamin c or the hyaluronic acid.

Missing the old version
The old version worked so well it was almost scary. I’ve never used a brightening serum that worked as fast as that one did. I saw visible results within days and many of my scars were gone within a week. I rushed to buy more when the old version ran out but had trouble finding it. I later mistook this new version for the old one and I’m not seeing the same results. I’d return it if hadn’t been so long since I bought it.

Very disappointing product
This product is very ineffective and actually breaks me out more. I would not purchase again. Very disappointed in Hero for discounting the lightning wand which worked like magic fading spots overnight! Overall this is a flop for me

Bring back the OG lightning wand!
The lightning wand was literally my holy grail for dark spots. With this new dark spot corrector Im not getting the results I’m used to getting. :/ Total bummer.

I miss the lightening wand
When they discontinued the Lightening Wand, I decided to give this a try. It's not nearly as effective, at least for my skin tone. I could see this working if you have a lighter complexion, but my dark spots are very dark. The Lightening Wand was the perfect formula and I have no idea why they would change it at all, especially for. . . this. I'll use it until it's gone, but I won't be buying it again.
