Normally I use Jasmine Brown Rice; however at this time it is very hard to come by. First time I have tried this brand, and was very happy with outcome, because the rice maintained a great texture after cooking. I always add tomato bouillon, white cooking wine plus a little Sesame oil for a big flavor boost. Cooked it for 50 min., removed from heat, tossed in a handful of thawed frozen peas and dried cranberries; let sit covered X 15- 20 min., fluffed it up with fork and it was perfect!
