A broken knee put me in a wheelchair for a couple of months. When I got home from the hospital I realized there were several thresholds in our house I couldn't manage in the wheelchair. This portable ramp is the perfect solution for my temporary problem. It can be moved as needed from one doorway to the other. Note: there is a right way and a wrong way to position the ramp. The right way is for the end with the pin holes in it to be over the raised edge of the threshold.

This portable ramp is just what we needed. Provides access for rollator walker over curb at 3' length for more gradual incline. Ramp makes quick work out of assisting person with walker and most likely wheelchair and then simple to fold up and fits nicely inside trunk of car.

I needed a ramp for my girl who is wheelchair bound. We have a step down hall and bought a 3" ramp so that she could go in and out if the hall. We folded a blanket to raise it a little to be flush with the floor and to keep it from sliding. The ramp itself is very light and I can move it easily if I need to. I enjoy this ramp very much and am planning on buying more in various heights for other parts of our home.

In recent months, my physical challenges increased and now require I use my 3 wheel scooter to get around our property to do gardening and often to do shopping or traverse buildings for appointments. My husband wanted to build a permanent ramp to allow me to drive the scooter out without his help. I did not want a permanent ramp to cover up the lovely brick path I had custom-made for that entrance. Late at night, I had the brilliant idea of typing "scooter ramp" on my google search. I was immediately directed to Aosom and found a light weight, non slip, foldable ramp that I could install and remove myself without much effort or strength. What a delight! My house is 2 steps above garage floor. Now my hand truck relocates boxes, etc without a pause. My man cave is 1 step above annex floor. Again, no problem. I weigh 300lb, and it doesn't even winch when I walk on it. You will not be sorry. By the way, the angle of inclination is important. The longer, the better -- easier to navigate, especially with very heavy items.

The ramp supports my large 400+ pound wheelchair easily (and multiple toddlers stomping up and down). It folds up easily and has a handle to carry. It's fairly easy to take out and put back in. And who knows, I may use it at another location to get up stairs.
