5 slices are fine. The other five are half the size and look far less appealing

The flavor was good. This would be great for someone who doesn't like to cook or doesn't have the ability to cook. But I'm not sure if it is the product that I would be grabbing each week when I'm grocery shopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been camping a lot this summer and often times make sandwiches for lunch or dinner, and everybody was getting a little bit bored with the same old things so when I grabbed the fully cooked bacon and added it to our spread of things to add to sandwiches my kids went crazy. It was so easy to just open the package and add it to the mix. We had turkey clubs. I think my husband made a BLT. It was really really easy and absolutely a new family favorite for when we're on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my previous experiences with ready to eat and precooked bacon, I was expecting to be very underwhelmed by the quality and the taste. I opened the package and the bacon looked like much higher quality. The packaging with the parchment paper separating the layers of delicately packed bacon slices made this feel more curated like I'd just picked this up from the butcher. Additionally, this may seem silly and obvious, but I didn't realize how much time I could save by using this precooked bacon. It tasted fresh and the flavor was great! I used this in a few different ways. My toddler and I had a couple slices as a mid morning snack. Super simple! Like I could pack this in my diaper bag with my 5 month olds bottles and have the perfect snacks ready to go wherever we are! My husband, the kids and I all had BLTs for lunch, they tasted great! And a few nights ago we also had some slices of bacon on home made cheese burgers. With the time it usually takes me to cook bacon in cast iron skillet- this little pack of bacon literally saved me a couple hours of time -plus dishes! I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed. I'll continue to purchase this bacon to have on hand for those super busy mom days- which is everyday lol. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first about bacon in the microwave, but it actually tastes really authentic! When I want crispier bacon, I just add a minute or two to the microwave! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My local grocery store did not carry the fully cooked bacon so I purchased the microwave ready bacon. When I opened the box, i was surprised to see 4 strips of bacon in a plastic bag with what appeared to be a towel underneath. I was more surprised when the instructions advised me to microwave the bacon in plastic. I followed the instructions and put it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes but it still wasnt cooked so I added another minute. When that minute was up, the bacon wasnt quite done so I added another 30 seconds which cooked it at the crunchiness of bacon I love. I opened the plastic and did a taste test. The bacon was very thin, salty and not at all flavorful. In fact, it had a weird aftertaste. I asked my husband to try it and he also did not like it at all. Ultimately, we couldnt finish the rest of the pieces and were disappointed in the entire product.
