I will not buy again. But, I love your micro- ready.
I must agree with the majority, the fully cooked bacon is thin and bunched up. It's best use would be on a BLT or crushed in a salad. It really doesn't deserve a black label box.

I kept your fully cooked bacon stocked in my freezer consumed daily. Unfortunately your changes have us no longer buying this product. The slices are so thin now it's a crumbling mess as a side with breakfast or on sandwiches. Prices have understandably raised however, the extra thin slices are a crumbling mess and not worth the effort or price.

72 slice pack is thinnest bacon I've ever had
Wow. 2.5 oz package is 10 slices @ .25 oz/slice 10.5 oz package is 72 slices weighing in at a minuscule .14oz. Looks like you made more $ on that one bag from me. (Maybe i wouldn't notice) That is not a deal, that is a reason to not purchase again. I pay more for every food item now and would expect to pay more for this product rather than having poor quality due to bacon that's just unpleasant bc it's too thin. The whole family mentioned it.

Packing
Normally this is packaged evenly but this package had half of the bacon pieces full of fat. As you can see I had to tear the fat off before I could cook it and eat it.

We have been consumers of your microwave bacon for years. Since you have gone to one large package in stead of the two packs the quality has gone down fast. Now we open one mangled, tangled glob in a pile of grease. At a price of over $25.00 per pound we expect better quality.

First two layers were nice slices - balance was thin & burnt
I use it for breakfast slices. Three layers of the bacon was burnt and small crumble pieces. I have photos of the bacon and UPC. I would like to have a refund on this package.

First Time Buying
This was a last minute purchase for me because I rarely buy bacon; in fact I put it down, then picked it back up before deciding to buy it. In my opinion it has a good flavor and is very convenient, no mess. It is relatively low in sodium, unlike most other bacons. The only reason I took a star away was because it is billed as "thick cut" on the package. It is definitely not thick cut by any stretch of the imagination. Because it's already cooked it is easy to overcook when warming it, so my advice is to pay attention to it. Other than that it's something I would purchase again. For what it's worth, you seem to have attracted a number of recent negative trollers, or else they were reviewing a totally different product than what I bought and ate.

I would definitely not buy this product again.
This was my first purchase of your fully cooked bacon and I was so disappointed. It does not look like bacon, smell like bacon nor taste like the bacon I remember from Hormel. The only positive is that it is convenient. The bacon strips are paper thin, do not look any better when heated. I do not feel that I got my money's worth on this purchase. I bought the large package, 72 sliced ready cooked bacon...I will go back to the regular next time.

I will no longer buy this product.
I purchased it the first time a couple of months ago and enjoyed that package. Subsequently purchased it 3 more times since and each time it was completely tasteless. If you close your eyes and don't know what it is you would never believe it's supposed to be bacon. I don't understand why one package was great and the rest a total waste of money. I won't be buying anymore.

Not since you decreased the size of the strip.
I just wanted to complain on how you cut the bacon in half for the same price. Strips are much smaller now. Not a happy consumer in Cincinnati, OH

Very disappointed
I have always loved the convenience and taste of this bacon but the package I opened this morning was so horrible I do not know if I ever want to buy it again. The bacon is a horrible yellowish color and smells putrid. It was not expired, and the packaging does not look like it had been tampered with. I am just so disappointed

Smells and taste bad
I've been a regular user of the Family Pack , so called, "ThickCut" bacon but the last 2 purchases smelled bad before and after cooking. Something is very wrong with this meat! Also what is thick about these slices- Nothing!!!. The after smell is so bad- nothing about it smells like bacon! After cooking, tasted terrible. I cooked another layer, same smell , look and taste. I was afraid to get sick and trashed the entire box. Purchased another Family pack, same thing! Something is wrong. It's like the meat is bad, not freezer burnt, but rotten in some way. If I could rate it a "0" I would have . Previous purchases would have been a 3 because it's certainly not "Thick Cut". Something is wrong with this meat!!

Disappointed
The product went from great to terrible. I bought a large 10.5 oz package and ended up with a bag of dried bacon bits. The first two layers were normal but the rest of over cooked and dried from the packing plant.
