    First-time problem: Cartridge prints no red hues!

    I am baffled, I've been buying HP color cartridges for decades, no problems ever. This time, I insert the brand new color and black cartridges and after about five 4x6 photo printouts that were colored appropriately, it only prints green blue yellow. All my photos are blue or green-tinted, the red shows up as brown. Much of my color printing is for clients of my small business, so this is really quite awful as I could not print my holiday materials!!! How could this have happened? My current printer is an HP Office Jet All-in-One. Regards,

    Crappy printing most of the time

    My printer is printing extremely badly even with New ink cartridges. I feel like it's a software issue because sometimes it will randomly print good but can vary based on devices or settings in the software. So extremely frustrating. Many times I just go pay to have my stuff printed when I need it good.
