Cannot unstick starting end
Never again. I trust the Scotch brand, but it seems impossible to start the roll. How are we supposed to unstick an end from the roll so we can actually use it? I suppose the guarantee to stay sealed means that the tape roll itself is hermetically sealed - and therefore useless or at least extremely frustrating

Un-sticky new formula
Absolutely disappointing. Why did scotch change their formula? The new un-sticky tape does not even hold a cardboard box shut. And can’t even hang my very lightweight yarn Halloween garland when I’ve been able to do this so many times before. I’m returning never buying again

Pure nightmare! totally failed to hold.
We purchased this product a month ago and used it to seal boxes we were using to move. Everything looked great, until we went to move. The tape kept falling off of the boxes and the boxes were opening while being transported to and from the truck. It was a nightmare! We can't believe that what used to be the "best go to product in the business" fell apart as much as it did.
