I appreciate a nice short ingredient list, but this bar was not satisfying and not worth its premium price tag (even on sale). The flavor was shockingly bland, and the chocolate and mint somehow managed not to compliment one another. It was also very dry and not smooth, without a good melt in the mouth, so the texture wasn't enjoyable either. All the traits tauted on the packaging are great, but they go nowhere when paired with a mediocre (at best) product.

Worth the cost
I discovered this brand a year ago and will never buy any other chocolate. Chocolate is my go-to treat. I eat 4 squares (1/2 bar) a day. I can't really say it is my guilty pleasure because I don't feel guilty. This brand uses high quality, ethically sourced ingredients to create a low sugar chocolate. Another great feature is that they wrapped it in a compostable seal wrapper and tucked it in a recyclable paper cover. This mint bar and the hazelnut butter bar are my favorites. Yes, they cost more than the average chocolate bar but you get what you pay for.

Price is too high but product is excellent. The whole bar is 12G sugar. The bar is divided into 8 squares so each square is 1.5G surgar. Even diabetics can enjoy this rich dark chocolate treat if eaten over the course of a few days or so.
