I’ve had this chocolate before because someone gave my mom. It was a smooth dark chocolate. You will really smell the freshness of the chocolate. Sooo creamy smell.

This is about the right amount of cacao where it tastes good. Tastes so good and smooth, and love it. It's a good treat to have every once in a while, and dark chocolate is healthy! :)

Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate is the best quality chocolate for such an affordable price. It's rich, earthy, and tempered for a satisfying snap. They're perfect for confectionary uses, like truffles, brownies, and decadent cakes. But my favorite way to eat this chocolate bar is on its own!

This percentage of cacao is ideal for me as a dark chocolate lover who still wants it to be slightly sweet and not completely bitter. Not as good as specialty chocolate straight from Colombia, but not bad at all for a mass produced product.

I absolutely love this chocolate! I use it to make my famous chocolate chip cookies. I chop up several bars of this and use it as my chocolate chips. It’s the best way to make cookies, just add some flake salt and you are good to go.

This so if the best chocolate I have ever tasted. Yes it cost a little more than regular chocolate but it’s well worth it. The chocolate actually melts in my mouth. I try to keep some in my House at all times

Dark chocolate is the healthiest chocolate and you cannot go wrong with Ghirardelli intense dark, I don’t find it to be bitter, but it certainly is not sweet. I think it has a bit of a creamy texture and melt in your mouth feel. Also, good chopped up and add to cookie mix and muffins.
