Hungry-Man Frozen Classic Fried Chicken Dinner - 16oz

I try to always have these in the freezer, I eat them a couple of times a month. As soon as it comes out of oven I put butter on the corn and potatoes, and sprinkle with black pepper. And then I pour a little green Tobasco on the chicken. Yummy comfort food!

Used to really enjoy these as an easy dinner treat . The quality of the chicken is now inedible. Wasted my money . Another old favorite to cross off my list . Wont buy again .

This has to be the best tasting frozen meal ever, you get three big pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and brownie??? Amazing . Been eating it for years lol got me through college

This dinner if pretty good, chicken is moist, very good brownie that's more like cake, good corn, and instant potatoes that could use some improvement. Compared to what fast food now costs, these are a bargain. Best cooked in a conventional oven rather than a microwave. I'll continue to buy them.

That said, whenever I'm at Target I'd always stock up on some frozen T.V. Dinners; be it Swanson, Marie Calender's or Hungry-Man. I love these Selects Fried Chicken dinners. They pack a lot. Great tasting fried (white meat) chicken, though I usually skip the brownie.

It’s not life changing but it was a decent frozen meal. Better than I expected. I made mine when it was thawed in the microwave. Corn and mashed needed a tiny bit of butter and pepper and they tasted fine. I would choose this over a fast food drive through meal when in a pinch. My teenager had zero complaints threw some hot sauce on the chicken and asked me to buy more.

Nothing like the picture. Not even close. Tastes terrible as well. Move on to other options.

Awful looking Fried Chicken breast comes all balled up in 5 or 6 pieces . And why is the bones missing as suppose to be in chicken breast. Has me wondering if this is really chicken Meat has a very sweet and salty taste to it as chicken is not suppose to taste that way. Also the horrible looking drumstick looks like the size of a chicken wing. Also skin on chicken is soggy and half cooked even after its fully cooked. Mash potatoes taste like sandpaper. The chocolate brownie is the only item that tastes good in the whole dinner. Swanson needs to fix its chicken dinners. This is awlful tasteing chicken. And all balled up has more skin than meat.
