Zipper doesn’t not work well
Nice looking but zipper is hard to zip around the top. The teeth seem to catch on each other. Expensive for something that doesn’t work well.

Design flaw
Have owned this cooler for over a yr aesthetically pleasing cooler to look at but horrible design if you don't have anything on the bottom the cooler area smashes the bottom pocket and miss shapes the cooler bag wish the pocket was on top for that reason I'd pass on this

Lux Black and Gold Cooler Back Pack
Back Pack arrived. We tried it with ice in it for 6 hours and it was fantastic. No leaks. I even had someone stop me on the train and ask about it. Going to be trying it again this week. It's good for small day trip or picnics/events!

Looked nice..
The look of it is very nice. I’ve read reviews about the zipper getting “stuck”, but that’s not the case. It does take 2 hands to close, but there is no issue going around corners. However, the issue I did come across was the fact that it did not keep items cool. Ice immediately melted & the zipper WAS NOT leak proof. If you are looking for a chic lunchbox, then yes, this is for you. If you are looking for heavy duty, travel use. I do not recommend.

Solid sturdy bag; be mindful of the zippers
Fantastic looking cooler with leather and gold zipper. Keeps drinks cold and the food storage is much appreciated. Zipper catches a bit and can be hard to maneuver hence no 5-star

I wish it had two zippers, coming from either direction, the zipper is kinda hard to zip up. When it’s packed with drinks, make sure the bottom pocket is full or it will squish down and tip sideways

Durable texture
I love how big the large compartment is. It can hold water bottles that way tall. The bottom portion would be great for ice.

Love this stylish cooler. It’s around the size of a brown paper shopping bag! So perfect for quick grocery store runs, and easy to run into the house! Use ice packs for an easy cool without worrying about leaking. I but sturdy items in the bottom to not worry about the top dropping.

Great idea - design needs improvement.
Have the mini one and I love it. This one is nice, but the bottom easily collapses from the weight on top.
