Love this product. Has good insulation on sides and on the lid. I’ve brought it to the beach several times on days pushing 100°. It kept my drinks and food cold the whole time. It held up in the sand. Easy to clean out at the end of day.

Zipper is to hard to unzip and zip up. It’s heavier than we thought it would be. It doesn’t hold ice any better than the smaller backpack coolers. It needs more lubricant. I do like that it has a waist strap to help with carrying it

It is a great pack, I need something bigger than the 24 can size. The 24 can size is not bad for an overnight trip. But if you are using this cooler for multiple nights, go with the bigger size.

Zipper is junk. The zipper doesn’t work & doesn’t seal in multiple locations. I’ve used the chest twice and I am thoroughly disappointed about the zipper. I own multiple Rtic products and this is the first to disappoint me.
