I utilize this cooler one time and it did not hold cold very long at all. My 1982 little Oscar cooler held cold much better. I am very disappointed in this product and the price that I had to pay.

I have not used my new cooler yet. . . It is new, undamaged, and it was not that expensive! Getting a free 30 oz. tumbler with it made it a great price! And free shipping. . . I also have a 40 oz. tumbler that I use often. It really keeps my drinks cold. It was in the refrigerator for over a week and it still had ice inside. The room the refrigerator is in was about 90 to 100 degrees during that time. The refrigerator was not set on its coldest setting. As far as the tumblers go, I am really impressed!

I purchased an RTIC cooler and was very disappointed with the quality. The cooler produced extreme condensation on the bottom, making it completely impractical for indoor or vehicle use. I returned the cooler due to this issue, but have yet to receive a refund, despite following all return instructions and allowing ample time for processing. The product did not meet expectations, and the lack of follow-through on the refund has made this an even more frustrating experience. I expected better customer service and accountability from RTIC. Would not recommend based on both product performance and poor return handling
