Q: Is this cooler leakproof ? I've bought and returned many because they leaked from ice melting

A: Hi Barbara, the 9qt Marine Backpack is leak resistant not leakproof. We recommend using ice blocks or frozen gel packs rather than ice cubes to prevent leaking. Hope this helps, Igloo Customer Service Team.
