Cute but not good quality.
I bought this cooler for my daughter to take it as lunch bag. First of all it is so cute! The backpack slings are not padded, also they don’t stay in place. You can adjust a certain level and they keep just sliding. Also, the mesh to put the drinks in the side are not good quality. They broke within a month. Now they have this huge hole.

Not the greatest
It easily ripped :/ *very sad*I have another bag that’s a soft lunch but it’s the square one and it can carry more weight. This one isn’t meant to be used for everyday it’s cute but it can’t handle. It was a gift from my husband so sad.

Could use a strap stopper but cute design
I was looking at the Hello Kitty backpack in the same order, I realized the straps can be pulled up. This creates an awkwardness when I’m trying to use the straps to put the backpack on because it will make the whole backpack lopsided since there is nothing to lock the strap in so it doesn’t pull up when using backpack mode. I will have to pull harder while the backpack is on so it doesn’t turn into the one strap version. I can see in the future that this will wear out the straps very fast.
