Great Replacement Latch
The stainless latch fits perfectly. It was an easy install. Glad we could continue to use our Ultra 50 Cooler because IGLOO makes parts available. This is also a plus for our environment.

Replacement latch for igloo cooler
Replaced an old plastic latch that wore out with this metal one. Two screws and everything is fixed. Works well. Maybe I will get another 25 years out of this cooler. Thanks.

Sturdy latch
Replacement latch fits perfectly. Solid construction which will no doubt hold up well. Easy operation to open and close, holds tightly.

Stainless Steel Latch Universal Fit wrong descrptn
What I ordered: Stainless Steel Latch Universal Fit with 2 screw button. What I got: Stainless Steel Latch Universal Fit with 1 screw button... The part number seemed to match, so apparently the description is wrong? Fortunately, my existing button was still good, and the new latch works with it, but if anyone orders it needing the button as well....

Nice latch, wrong latch button sent
The latch button sent wasn't the right one shown in the product description. The one shown was a 2 screw attachment. The one sent was a single screw button that I had to drill a hole for to mount on the cooler.

Not a "universal" latch
Fitment of the upper latch is poor. Kit did not contain the two-screw lower button portion of the latch that is pictured with the steel upper latch.

Love Replacement Parts!
