This job site approved cooler features IGLOO's iconic tent-top design in a bigger, tougher design with plenty of room for hearty lunches and after-work beverages. Pair the MaxCold Large Ice Freeze Block (sold separately) for the ultimate cold experience. Capacity: 14 quarts / 13 liters / fits 26 twelve oz. cans. Features: Exterior outfitted with a rugged diamond-plate texture. Trademarked tent-top design is easy to use and carry. Push button lid design for convenient one-handed operation. Lid swings open to either side for easy access to contents. Secure lid helps prevent spills. Molded-in handle for one-handed carrying capability. Made in the USA. Care Instructions: Wipe interior and exterior surfaces clean before storing and between uses. To prevent stains and odors, empty cooler of contents after use. Light dirt or stains can be cleaned with water or mild detergent. Tougher stains may be cleaned with diluted solution of baking soda and water. Ensure all cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and the cooler is dry before storage.

Love only minus the yellow!
Would love it if it didn't have yellow on it. I got it to replace one I bought at least 25 years ago but the one I had didn't have the yellow on it. If the yellow weren't on it I'd buy several for friends as well as a couple for me. Why can't that part just be black or gray to match the cooler? Hope someone from igloo is listening. Thank you!

I've had mine for 5 years. Best lunch box ever. Ice packs stay frozen all day .food stays cold. Easy to carry in and out. I don't know why anyone would need to put loose ice in this lunch box anyway. Get a cooler instead.

Great cooler until it needs repair
This was a great cooler for the time I had it. Great size, rugged. I would rate it 4.5/5 until it came time to make a repair. The open/close button cracked, there are NO replacement parts available for the BOSS Playmate. The open/close button is not compatible with the replacement offered by Igloo. Now it's destined for the landfill :-(

Not Happy - Broke
The spring for the button that keeps the lid shut came out the second week I used it. Now the lid just flips back and forth and doesn't stay shut. It is useless after only a week of use. Had a smaller 7 qt one that has lasted for years, but the new 14 qt. one only lasted 1 week.

This cooler is a great size, not too big and not too small. The style was the reason for purchasing this particular cooler, very industrial looking. It's a great cooler. My son uses it while making deliveries to keep his drinks cool.
