Q: Is the frame its self 17x22 or the part for framing allows a photo 17x22? I need to know the dimensions of the glass portion

  • A: The frame itself is larger than 17x22 inches, but it is designed to hold a 17x22 inch photo. The glass measures the same size as the photo held. The frame overlaps the viewable window so the viewable area is reduced by 0.25" on either side (16.5 inches by 21.5 inches).

Q: Can this frame sit on a desk? Does it have the prop in the back or must it be hung?

  • A: No, this picture frame does not have a stand on the back for tabletop display or to sit on a desk. It comes with a sawtooth hanger and is intended mainly for wall mounting.

Bad quality

I wanted to love it but of the 3 I ordered, all 3 were damaged. I messaged customer service and asked if they could guarantee better quality and they said no so I'm sad not to reorder. Great idea, Bad quality!
