    DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY I paid for the item and it never shipped. The third party seller created a label but after many days, never shipped it. The estimated delivery date kept getting pushed back far beyond when I needed it by. I had to reach out to Target’s specialized third party returns team (it took multiple transfers for me to eventually get to this point) before they were able to assist me with a full refund.

Love this frame! The oak wood finish looks clean, modern, and goes with just about any decor. It feels sturdy and well made, and the simple design really lets the photo stand out. Great quality for the price and exactly what I was looking for. We can't wait to put a picture of our pregnancy inside and highly recommend!

Do not buy this it is not real glass as it advertised.

It is not real glass as advertised. It is flimsy plastic. It looks awful. It said it would be real glass.

This frame is beautiful! It's great quality with real glass and solid wood. It also came with a white mat that fit my picture perfectly. I'll definitely be buying it again in the other colors.

Should have read the reviews first. We are already past the initial “delivery date” and these haven’t shipped. Not to mention super expensive. Going to have to get frames elsewhere and return these if they ever arrive.

These frames are a scam. They printed my shipping label, then cancelled the order. I had to spend 20 minutes with Target assistance to get a refund.

Product inconsistent, and not worth the price

First time I ordered these frames, they were exactly what I wanted. But I needed two more for the set of photos. I ordered two more and when they arrived, they were different frames. The quality was drastically lower, there is no spacer in the frame to hold a photo in place without using tape, and the wooden frame itself is quite rough. For the price of these frames, you're definitely better off looking elsewhere. Ordered the 12x12 matted to 10x10, first order placed in December 2025, second order placed in February 2026.

Frame was poorly put together, gaps at the corners. The hangers on the back were not centered. The matte didn’t accurately fit the 8x12 picture. Do not recommend.

I ordered this item and it never shipped! 11 days later after the order was placed, I contacted Target. Because it is a third-party seller, my only option was to get a refund. Boo to this seller! Tomato, tomato, tomato. Horrible experience.

    Good frame, poor instructions

The frame itself is beautiful. The only reason I’m deducting a star is because the insert showed where to mark the wall based on the frame mounts but it’s not accurate to where the mounts actually are, so I had to redo my nails. Measure the frame first!

I just unwrapped my frame to discover that it is missing the mat. It has no image printout and no barcode. I thought it looked strange when I unwrapped it, but didn't think too much about it until I started to initiate a return and realized that I won't be able to return it either, since the shrink wrap is missing all labels. I was clearly sent a faulty product that was intentionally made unreturnable.

Third Party Supplies, 2 months and still waiting to ship

I ordered two of these frames, on separate orders. The first one took 6 weeks to arrive and then the glass was broken. They replaced it and the replacement arrived farily quickly. I ordered the second one on October 3 and it is Nov. 30 and I still have not received it. This is not a legit seller. Avoid.

A real deal quality picture frame.

I got the 16x20 version in walnut. I was very happy and even a little impressed with the quality. It's feels solid, it looks great, it's a real deal high quality picture frame that's built so much better than most of the frames I've bought in the past.

    Disapoointing, not true to size.

The inserts are too small, it’s incredibly difficult to line up a photo if you are using the white insert. Would not purchase again.
