Windows 10 recognizes this DVD player but when a DVD is inserted, it is rejected and the ICON for Drive D is even removed from File Explorer app on HP laptop

The small form factor is great and it is very easy to set up and use. You can take it anywhere with you. Whether you’re reading or writing CD/DVD’s this is what you need.

Now your ready to use it. I like how I can now burn a DVD or play one on my computer. It's lightweight and doesn't take up much room in my computer bag.

This will only allow me to watch dvds for 30 mins, and then it stops working. It willl stop on its own and then it would start on its own. It’s really hard to eject dvds out of it. I don’t recommend this at all.
Works well but kinda loud. Latency is not great.

This device was a breeze to set up but there are a couple of major downsides that make me consider returning it. It's quite loud, loud enough that one can easily hear it over music. And it has a pretty high read latency (I measured it at 10 seconds) which makes it not the best for streaming media.
So happy I found a drive that works!

I like how it is compatible with my google pixel book. I can finally get to my old pictures/music stored on cds. It is worth the money spent and I am very happy.

Works as advertised. Light weight. Easy to store. I especially Iike the dual connection (USB A & USB C). Makes it handy when interchanging the device between computers.
