    The “work truck” iPhone

    I get that this is the “budget” iPhone, but it’s definitely not a “cheap” unit. It is more simple in design and, as I understand, slightly more ruggedly designed. For my job, and lifestyle, being more resistant to abuse than feature rich is exactly what I needed. And it seems to deliver.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great phone for the price. The iPhone 17e is fast, smooth, and has a great camera. Battery life has been solid, and it feels premium without paying for the more expensive models. Very happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

    Great deal, Great phone

    This phone was an upgrade for a iPhone 13, and so far has been exactly what I expected. Better performance on the latest iOS and better battery life since its new. The deal was great to, paying less for this a month than I did for the previous model, so all around I'm very happy with my purchase.

    The best bang for the buck iphone

    I'll never buy a max iphone again. There's no need. Three camera lenses = more crap to go wrong. If you want nice camera, just buy a Nikon. This thing works perfectly as a phone. Just does its job. Reminiscent of my old iPhone XR.

    Camera isn't what I expected.

    I should have read the product description more closely. I expected an upgrade, but eventually realized my new phone's camera doesn't have the wide angle capabilities I enjoyed with my old phone. The larger size is annoying. I wish I could go back to the old phone.

    How do I like it

    OK phone but not what I needed.

    Bought the iPhone 17e from the website rather than in the store. My mistake. Upgrading from a iPhone 14 the screen size was very noticeable. The 17pro is very heavy so I wanted a lighter phone with same screen size. The 17e is not it. I went with the iPhone 16 plus and have been pleased so far.

    Bad performing phone

    This phone has terrible performance! We read the "economy" part of this phone was due to the camera and screen resolutions. We just needed a new phone so those extras don't mater to us. As we found out the performance is terrible! It does not go between applications well and text messages do not arrive or send properly. We do not use our phones for other than basic tasks, so for us to complain about performance it must be bad. Shame on Apple for putting out a phone that does not perform and call it "economy". Its just badly made.
