Excellent product. Highly recommend it.

This is an excellent product. It has 1000 mcg of B12. I actually feel a difference in my energy on days when I take it and days when I don’t.

Good vitamin

I have be using Mega B Complex for some time. It keeps my vitamin B level up to what my doctor recommendation. The only downside is that I had a capsule melt in my pill case because it is a soft gel capsule. Very easy to swallow though.

Best b complex

I have been trying quite afew b-complex supplements, over the years, but i keep coming back to this one, and i think am going to stay with this one. it has a callming effect and slowly gives energy without the rush, and is an easy soft gel capsule to use. Also this is not harsh on my stomach at all. I am really pleased with it and am also grateful to swanson for making it available at a great price.

The Real Deal B12

Most B12 supplements contain a synthetic B12 which is labeled as cyanocobalamin. This product has the 'real deal' or natural B12, methylcobalamin. This natural B12 is much more bioavailable than its step-sister synthetic. Since B12 is such an essential nutrient, I'd highly recommend this product. Also, the Swanson pricing is (as always) hard to beat!

B-12 you actually use and feel

I've run the gamut of B supplements. I feel NOTHING, ZERO from cyanocobalamin, the most common form of B-12. Most people cannot absorb or use it because their stomach acid destroys it. This product has methylcobalamin (methylated B-12) that is neurologically active. Plus the addition of medium-chain triglycerides for added burnable energy and the bioperine for enhanced absorption are ingenious. I don't know why anyone would use anything else.
