Itzy Ritzy Itzy Captain Steering Wheel Activity Bath Toy

I’m extremely disappointed with Itzy Ritzy and the way my issue has been handled. During my first pregnancy, I purchased an Itzy Ritzy baby gym without knowing whether I was having a boy or a girl. I ended up having a son, so I carefully saved the gym for my daughter, whom I’ve only recently had. When I finally opened the package, I discovered that critical nuts, bolts, and other hardware needed to assemble the gym were missing. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was essentially told that I should have opened the package earlier and checked for missing pieces. In other words, the responsibility was placed on me for not discovering a manufacturing/packaging issue years before I actually needed to use the product. That response is incredibly frustrating. I purchased a new product, stored it in good faith, and expected it to be complete when my baby was ready to use it. I should not have to anticipate that a brand-new product will be missing essential assembly components—or be blamed because I didn't inspect every piece immediately after purchase. I understand that my purchase was made some time ago, but customer service is about more than simply pointing to a policy. A little understanding and accommodation would have gone a long way, especially when the product cannot even be assembled as sold. I’m sharing this because I want other parents to know: open and inspect everything immediately, even if you don't plan to use it for years. Apparently, trusting that a sealed, brand-new product contains all of its necessary parts isn't enough. I hope Itzy Ritzy reconsiders how it handles situations like this. Parents shouldn't be made to feel like they're at fault when a product arrives incomplete.

My 12 month old son loves this bath toy! Doesn’t seem like it will get moldy and suctions well to the wall of our bath. Would recommend.

My son is obsessed with this. This has quickly become one of my son's favorite bath toys. The moment he sees it, he gets excited, and it keeps him entertained throughout bath time. The steering wheel design is adorable, and it's interactive enough to hold his attention much longer than many of the other bath toys we've tried. He loves pretending he's driving a boat and spends the entire bath spinning the wheel and playing with the different features. As a mom, I appreciate that it's well made, easy for little hands to use, and encourages imaginative play. Bath time has become much easier because this keeps him engaged and happy. Overall, this has been a huge hit in our house. My son is absolutely obsessed with it, and I'd definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a fun, engaging bath toy.
