Q: What are the 5 melodies

submitted by Sandy - 1 year ago

  • A: Does this bath toy require batteries?

submitted byCR - 9 months ago

  • A: Can you leave it on silent? My son is autistic and would love this if it were quiet

submitted byLukasMom - 1 year ago

  • A: I also came here for this question and I googled it! Per Google - No, the Jool Bubble bath toy cannot be completely silent because its design requires a fan to make bubbles, which creates mechanical noise. While it has a "no-music" option to turn off the built-in tunes, the motor sound is inherent to the product's function.

submitted byHaley - 11 months ago

  • A: Hey! This bath toy plays a variety of cheerful, happy tunes that kids love—perfect for making bath time even more enjoyable!

Q: Is there a way to turn off the music? Also, can the toy get wet? It accidentally fell into the tub. Still working but wondering if it’ll stop working soon

submitted by valc - 4 months ago

  • A: Hi! You can turn off the music by pressing the Music button on the console or the Play/Pause button on the remote. When using Bluetooth, you can also simply pause the song on your Bluetooth device. Regarding the toys, if you are referring to the hanging stuffed toys, those shouldn't get ruined from being immersed in water. Simply let them hang dry. Thanks!

Q: Does the suction hold up well?

submitted by Mamaluvshopping - 6 months ago

  • A: Hi! Our Bubbler has a high quality suction which should hold well. Note, it works best on SMOOTH surfaces - and remember to always clean the surface before applying! Thanks

Q: I can't get the soapy wayer to bubble. Is there a good ratio?

submitted by iamsmai - 7 months ago

  • A: Hi There! Different liquid soaps perform differently but we recommend 1:5 soap to water as a starting point. Good Luck!

submitted by CR - 9 months ago

  • A: Hi there, Yes, this product requires 2 AA batteries. Thanks!

Bought brand new and out new batteries in it. Would not make bubbles. Wasted more time and soap than the item is worth.

Eh…it’s okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute idea, music is fun but directions state “ add a small amount of liquid soap and fill with water” except if there is too much water or too little water it doesn’t make any bubbles. There is no fill line to know how much water is actually needed. It completely trial and error it figure it out. Works great once you get it figured out.
