A: Hello , We recommend bathtub should be filled at least 4 inch (10 cm). But before you can start enjoying your new bath pal, batteries must be inserted. We strongly recommend using new, good quality batteries to ensure optimal operation over time. It is highly important to insert the batteries correctly and make sure the battery compartment is tightly sealed before putting the elephant in the water. We also recommend not using rechargeable batteries.

A: Hello Lola, We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your bath toy . In general, all our bath toys require special care to avoid being damage and for it to lasts long. Have you been rinsing it well in clear water after use to remove soap residue before allowing it to drain and dry out? Every after several use, we always recommend a thorough cleaning of the bath toys by filling up a bucket with water and add in some vinegar. Let the toy soak in the vinegar water for around 20 minutes, then rinse it off and dry using a paper or cloth towel. Please be reminded as well not to leave you batteries inside the toy if it’s not use for long period of time. Q: Is the bottom of the toy slightly slanted so that all water will drain out without leaving a small layer of water inside? This is a follow-up question to a previous asked one.

A: Hello, The bottom of the toy is completely flat. The water drains out automatically when not being placed in water.

We initially loved this, but after a few weeks I noticed large chunks of mold trying to pass out of the sprayer nozzle. We let it dry and drain after every use, so this was disappointing. There's no good way to clean it and make it safe for use again, so we had to throw it away.

Please do not use this moms. It grows mold. No matter what you do. You “try” to spray all the water out. You “try” to hang it so the water will come out. There is mold all in the tube where the water comes out. This should be investigated. This can get babies very sick. Especially newborns.

after the second use I decided to open it back up because I realized and was puzzled as to why my baby's bath water was so filthy just to see nothing but black all inside and all over. I was scared that this would happen and my gut told me to investigate and it's a shame to be honest that this toxic product could've harmed my child.

Nice but sucks the life out those battery’s in days I barely use it. But my kid loves it so that’s all that matters. Only thing is the elephant is heavy so be careful if your little pulls the hose it will hit them and it’s pretty sturdy

Man there’s lots of reviews on here about mold but I haven’t had any issues with mold. I’ve been using this with my son for about a year with no issues. Honestly it’s a great addition to bath time. Really happy with my purchase.

I wish I read the reviews before buying this, after a couple weeks it stopped working so I thought maybe it was the batteries so I open it up and black water starts coming out!!! Don’t buy it honestly waste of money. It didn’t last at all.

Do not buy this! I’ve had it for 7 months and I thought it worked fine. Today as I was bathing my daughter black slimy strings starting coming out. You can’t take this apart to let it dry. It develops mold.

It's definitely a fun bath toy and my infant loved it. Too bad it lasted weeks. Out of the blue the little motor sounded weak and we replaced the four batteries and that didn't improve. It's a pricy disposable toy.

Stopped working during the first use. Sprayed for about 10 seconds. After that, nothing will make it work. Can hear the motor but no water comes out of the spout. Waste of money.
