Tilted wheels
Capacity is plentiful, design is delightful. But with normal school use, wheels now tilt outward and causes the base of the pack to scrape along the ground. It's really not ideal since the whole purpose is to ROLL the pack, not DRAG it. Because the backpack has been used, I'm unable to return it. Perhaps we received a faulty model?

This backpack is fine, but I also had other items with this order that was incorrect. I ordered 2 bags of gluten free honey mustard pretzels and received 1 correct bag only. The other bag is regular pretzels. Unfortunately, my store does not carry the gluten free honey mustard pretzels and there is a minimum for shipping so I can’t just order another bag.

Love that backpack is waterproof, the pattern and mostly the fact it relieves shoulder pressure my child had from carrying books, binder and computer, etc. It really relieved her of a lot of weight. A minor dislike is straps drag on ground when pulling backpack. Solved by securing with rubber bands.

Still Going Strong
I bought this rolling backpack for my son as he entered 5th grade. I looked at replacing it with a different color at the beginning of his 7th grade year, then figured why bother? The first one is doing great. Works perfectly, still looks good. Wheels, pull handle, zippers, seams, all still in tip top shape. If and when I do need to replace it I won't hesitate buying the same one again. It has held up well!
