Same day it was delivered the candle started forming red liquid. Day after I got it I used it and it’s burning to fast has only herb one day. Other 7 day candies I got burned the whole 7 days. The white version went out hours later. I’m also not sure how long they stay sitting on shelves I’ll just stick to my local spiritual spiritual store for candles

The red wax variety just refused to burn..
I have tons of these candles I purchase frequently. I bought a ton of green and red and white ones for Christmas this year. green and white burned lovely as usual. As well as my more spiritual choices of designs from.this company. However even though I treated all the red candles exactly the same for whatever reason they would stop burning after about an inch of burning.. Won't stay lit. Wax will not fuel flame... completely worthless. I think it may have been a bad batch of red wax formula I purchased because every other pillar candle of this brand burned to completion.. very disappointed

Received incorrect candles
I light these candles for spiritual reasons. They are hard to come by in the actual store. I decided to buy 35 online. Not only did I receive the wrong ones, they also sent me the cheapest ones. The box looked like it had been kicked around. You could hear glass rattling inside. 2 of my candles were broken. Some of them, were also send in plastic bags wrapped in tape. They were bleeding. I used paper towels to clean them, which was extremely time consuming. I decided to keep them. I work really hard for my money just like anyone else. The reason I ordered online, was to guarantee I get the ones I need. I will definitely order again but have them shipped to the store for me to pick up instead. That way, I can speak to a manager if they are broken or incorrect.
