Jetson Ora Pro Electric Scooter - Black

Had it a few months and it broke got another and with in a year it won’t turn back on. It was hardly used in that time frame. To replace the battery is as much as the scooter. Don’t waste your money.

I bought this scooter 2 months ago. So far its an amazing journey. I commute 5 miles every day to my College on this scooter. The range on this one is amazing, in real life road conditions I almost got 10 miles on full charge everytime. Its very copact light weight and portable. Overall its worth the money and I highly recommond for teens and early college students. I only have one issue with height of the handle bar, I'm 6"1", I wish it had an adjustable raising handle bar. Otherwise its an amzing scooter.

I bought this scooter about a month ago and it never did work. I lost my recite so is there any way of getting a copy or is there any other way I can get it fixed.I bought it in Cape Ger.missouri

I bought this for myself and I actually like it a lot it's amazing almost everything about this scooter is great it has a front light and back break light then I like that there is 2 sets of speed the first one only goes up to 7 mph the 2 nd button goes up to 15mph the only thing dislike is that it's missing the Bluetooth feature other than that it's great

It works good it just that you can see the 3rd mode but you can get to it how does that work? It just cycle back to mode one after two...

vary nice scooter for i rider just getting in the scooter army i recommend this scooter although there is no suspension and when you get used to it you want to go faster like 20 mph

I purchased the ora pro on Christmas and it was great. But today I do not know what happend I saty scooter down for a second and came back and for some reason it started auto driving for some reason and started beeping

I love my Ora pro electric scooter. It rides very smooth and can really get a good speed. I love the cruise control option and the headlights. This is a nice cruising scooter.

Customer service is very helpful .my kids like scooter very much . I recomand to use this jetson i gave 5 out of 5 rating Very happy and satisfied with jetson thanks

I has a miner issue with my electric scooter Reached out to costermer service. Who quickly sent me a replacement part. There productid has been reliable and put with some Rocky Mountain rides here in Beautiful Colorado. Thanks again Jetson Team for your great product and awesome customer service and support. 👍

They’re a rip off I bought a scooter it’s under warranty it was damaged by a faulty cord length and now they refuse to replace it after telling me they would be use it would stop sparking so I could send it in !! Then refuse to talk to you after words

It was a Xmas present for our son. He was in love with it! He was only 8 when he got it and he was able to ride it with ease after learning how to ride it. Unfortunately after about 9 months though the main shaft of the handle bars where it connects to the base just snapped right off. And we had no way of fixing it. Was a very sad day.

I love my scooter I remember getting it 2 years ago for the first time on Christmas I ride my scooter Everywhere I Go I don't have a car but having my scooter helps me out tremendously me and my kids love riding it. I wish I could get another electric scooter with the seat on it so I can sit down on it..that will be awesome.. thank you so much for the scooter I love it

I won this scooter from a raffle. Gave it to my kids to enjoy, they love it when they are riding it. It’s light enough for them to carry in and down the stairs. I even took it for a go and instantly became a kid a again

I am currently on my 3rd Ora Pro (2 warranty replacements) in one year of ownership. One time the battery/motor failed and the most recent, the power button stopped working suddenly. When it worked, my kids and I have a blast cruising it around the neighborhood. The customer service needs help as well. Though they did honor the warranty twice for me, I was without a scooter for 3+ weeks while I shipped the damaged unit back, waited for them to inspect and then ship a replacement. On the last replacement, they could have just sent a new handlebar assembly to correct the problem - but they swapped the whole unit. There is also zero communication in different stages of the process so you are always left guessing what the status of your replacement is. I am very glad I purchased the extended warranty on this since we got off to a bit of a rocky start. Hoping this current unit last longer than a few months.

I got an Ora pro for my daughter who is a student in college. As the college is made of multiple campuses, the Ora pro scooter is perfect to get around as it can travel fast enough and also has a light for later in the evening time. Its easy to ride and doesn't take that long to charge up. The battery lasts enough to get to college and back. I strongly recommend this scooter for college students.

I bought 2 of these scooters and they were cool for about 2 weeks. One will no longer turn on and the other just beeps and beeps after I power it on. Now I cannot ride either one.

I had an Orapro that i received for Christmas that had fallen and stopped working and it has been replaced quickly and I’m once again enjoying the smooth ride of my Orapro. It performs awesome and I really enjoy the speed and easy portability

It goes fast and is reliable so far the last one i had the brake broke the one thing i dont like is the cruise control
