Q&A (4)

Q: Misleading and contradictory description: it claims to have a anti-pinch hinge for kids, but doesn't come with one. It also mentions a removable lid, meaning it is no longer child-safe.

Lucely - 1 month ago

A: this ottoman has a removable lid and no anti-pinch hinge. We have updated the listing to reflect this accurately.

Q: What is difference between Pe beige and PVC beige?

Kay - 3 months ago

A: Great question! Here's the difference: PE Beige: Softer, more breathable, and more eco-friendly. PVC Beige: More durable, scratch-resistant, and easier to clean. So it really comes down to whether you prefer softness and breathability (PE) or durability and easy maintenance (PVC). Let us know if you have any other questions!
