Lovely design. Arrived fine. Very disappointed in volume sound of water! I had put away a half price sale fountain because could barely hear it. So this time did research to be sure I could hear sound. Over all my porch. The video of sound of this product did fine! However received it yesterday, have at full volume and can only hear sound if right nearby within 3’ so now $177 into this product & still straining to hear!! So it’s causing stress not relieving it. I only needed sound to be carried like 8-9’ then could relax & enjoy it. Misleading from video sound. ????

I have had all kinds of problems with this fountain and Lamps Plus with solving them. The pump for the water quit and I had to buy another one. The light goes out frequently. I'm tired of it!!!

We have used the fountain to remember my mom. The waterfall sound is soothing and peaceful. It is a calming affect while we are out of the house for our dog as well. We have received many compliments on it look when its on and off. Great art piece.
