No break-in necessary with this shoe as the leather is very soft. The shoe is great for business casual and tend to wear as a formal when need arises. Highly recommend.

Be very careful with this shoe it stains vary easy. I got sprinkle of gas when i was putting up the handle and it ruined the shoes. I took them to a shoe repair shop and the only thing could be done done was dyeing the shoe.
