With a simple twist of the handle, this clever design switches between two different types of whisk. In its closed or flat position, it's ideal for stirring sauces or making gravy as its heat-resistant, silicone-coated stainless-steel wires are perfect for scraping and combining ingredients together. In its open position, it becomes a conventional balloon whisk that's perfect for whipping cream or beating egg whites into peaks. Suitable for non-stick cookware, it also folds flat for compact storage. Silicone wires heat-resistant up to 200'C/392'F. Dishwasher safe.

Great Whisk
I was looking for a whisk that I could use in our ceramic coated pans, and tried this one out. It works great, and I love how it twists down flat to actually fit into a drawer. Might not work for thicker things that you're trying to whisk, but it was good for what I needed it for.

Folding whisk
Used this for the first time last night . Lighter than my old one and as it folds flat it is easier to store in my overflowing kitchen drawer without getting the drawer stuck!

I love the design and
I love the design and that it feels space saving but it’s just not great as an actual whisk. Feels very weak and that if you tried to whisk anything of substance it might break. If you just want to whisk some eggs this will be ace
