Joseph Joseph Y-rack 2-tier Dish Drainer - Gray: Freestanding Dishrack with Tray, Plastic Dish Organizer, Hand Wash

I am so disappointed with the rack, my dinner plates fit but side,saucers and desert plates just fall down and two have broken doing this. I would return it but have thrown all packing away. A poor design.

My normal size dinner plates did not fit in the rack. A small side plate fell out of the rack and broke. Too unstable to use. Surprising as I always find Joseph Joseph products well designed and practical.

Perfect size for my needs for when I'm not using the dishwasher. Good quality and looks elegant on my counter. The drain spout is raised so my counter remains dry. Very pleased with my purchase.

This looks neat but it does not appear to have been designed by someone who does much washing up by hand. The tray is ok but for those who wash their glasses and cups first the plates then put on the rack above drip onto the them. The plate rack is good for only one of my dishes. The other plates and dishes have to be carefully arranged to support each other but the slightest movement knocks them all over and they slide off the rack. I have tied strings across at each end and in the middle to reduce the possibility of my plates crashing to the floor. But I still frequently end up swearing at it when a plate that appears stable suddenly tips back and dislodges everything else on the rack. i am hoping to be able to exchange it for a better design.

Love it, no complaints. I like the draining rack has a integrated draining spout.

I really like the 2-tier dish rack. It’s large but compact and I can fit it in my sink. The rack holds a lot of dishes. The Joseph Joseph Y-rack is just what I needed. Great quality.

I bought this product it only holds safely dinner plates all other plates fall over they then fall off at height I’ve broken two cups two bowls and a plate all of which are Worcester China and of course that’s cost me way more of this rack I think this rack should be be taken off the market as it’s not suitable. It’s that bad I have Thrown in the bin!

We discovered this item on holiday and were impressed by it's inovative design and efficiency so bought one for our own home. It has proved to be an excellent buy and is labour saving because it drains directly into the sink so removing the need to wipe down the draining board.

Love it. Fits perfectly on my drainer and space saving as smaller than my other one. Would definitely recommend.

Stylish & practical, does everything I need it to do. Great quality too.

I've had this drainer for just a week and am returning to my old one. It is simply not fit for purpose - why did you bother TMing the Y part of the drainer? It only takes certain dishes, not including my quite large side plates, as the gap between the 2 sides is too large and it's hard to see which slot you're in. Two pieces of crockery have been smashed this week as a result. It's easily the worst dish drainer I've ever had. Do you not test your products before launching them publicly.

small size, sturdy, compact, well made, nice design

We have square shaped dishes and works amazing for us. I love the design, doesn’t take much space so ideal if you don’t have a big kitchen.
