Q: Does this wok have a non-stick coating that can peel off over time, or is it a seasoning that will get better the more it's used?

A: Hi johnetx. The wok is pre-seasoned with a non stick coating. You will have to season it as needed.

Not nonstick. Used sparingly over the last year and it's flaming after careful use of wood only utensils and low/medium heat. No other nonstick pan I've ever owned has ever looked like this.
