  • A: Yes- the Nutritional Label on the Sea Salt and the White Cheddar flavors DO state exactly what the OP is questioning, which doesn’t make sense. However, the nutritional label on the Kettle Corn flavor states Serving Size: 1 cup & approx. 5 servings in bag. Caloric value per serving is the same on all bags (which doesn’t make sense for all three either obviously). First person to reply to OP’s query didn’t bother to view or compare all three nutritional labels before responding.

  • A: Thanks for the question, popcorn labels can definitely look confusing! The bag is 4 oz by weight, but popcorn is super light and airy, so a small weight fills a huge amount of volume. That’s why each serving is listed as 2.5 cups - the FDA requires popcorn serving sizes to be measured by cups (volume) instead of ounces. So even though the bag only weighs 4 oz, it still adds up to about 10 cups of popcorn, which is completely normal for this category. Nothing was mislabeled, it’s just a funny quirk of how popcorn works!

    Such a weird flavor

    Weirdest tasting white cheddar popcorn I’ve ever had. Should have just got smart pop or skinny pop. I kept wanting the next bite to taste more normal, but the fake powdery flavor never went away.

Each popcorn had a good soft but crunchy texture since I got the kettle corn variation which was very enjoyable. It also tasted great and I could taste the sweetness and saltiness. I enjoyed it so much that I had a hard time stopping and finished a bag in 2 sittings. I would purchase it again in the future and would recommend it to others.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Movie night made right! My favorite type of popcorn is kettle corn, so I was so excited to try this out! Now the flavor and everything was there but the texture of the protein mixed with the sweet and salty flavor kind of threw me off for the first few bites. It took a little to get over the powdery texture and then I was back to enjoying this delicious snack. Its definitely a snack that you need to eat quickly to enjoy the freshness, but its a well portioned out bag so thats not really an issue! I will definitely be trying out the other flavors from this brand, such a great way to get my protein in!
