A terrible experience for an ok product, zero flexibility or understanding /effort in resolving what felt like a common logistics issue. 3 weeks to get a refund and no product is absurd.

Has PFAS chemicals which are “forever chemicals” which pollute both our body and our environment. I didn’t see this until I recently inspected the ingredients list more closely and I’m disgusted that this is something I’ve been using. I want a refund and this formula needs to be changed immediately it is grossly irresponsible

After using this product for over 10 years, I am disappointed that the company seems to have changed its formula like the face wash. The great fragrance, among others things, that made me a repeat customer has been replaced by a harsh artificial smell.
