I purchased 9 sets of these last year and they look plastic and cheap. King of Christmas would not stand behind their product and accept and return even though I had spent thousands on other Christmas decorations. This year, I needed to replace 2 strands because 2 already were defective after one year, and they sent me plug in instead of battery. The 2 replacements were a completely different color. Would never order garland from this company again.

While the battery box didn't work, and I didn't contact support for a replacement, I still was able to use it with the outlet connection.

Simple to setup, quality beauty. The garland has both a standard electrical plug a battery pack for areas with no electrical access. Next well worth the money!!
