    Loved how easy it is to set up. This is our first artificial tree, and I'm so glad we made the switch. It looks life-like and the remote for the lights was convenient. Branches were sturdy and could handle even the heavier ornaments. The storage bag is also a nice plus.

    The tree was poor quality and a piece fell off as soon as it was taken out of the box. Additionally, we were charged a $75 fee for return. Unfortunate experience.

    The tree is flimsy and poor quality. I would rate this a ZERO if I could. The customer service department was not helpful and unwilling to offer any solutions. The price is not reflective of the quality. Buy your tree on Costco you will receive a better price and quality.

    Beautiful Tree in the end! Minor issues include: 1. Out of the box we had 2 of the 3 sections labeled as "B" and no section "A". 2. Our package did not include the storage bag we purchased with it, so we had to contact customer service. Once delivered, the storage bag said for 6' trees. Our order was a 7.5' tree.

    Overall, I think the tree is overpriced. It ended up being much smaller than what I wanted for that corner. All that means is I'll have to shop for something a little taller and wider for next year. King of Christmas doesn't offer that option other than flocked trees and I'm not interested in that style. The tree in itself turned very pretty once I decorated it but I don't think I'll be ordering a second one.

    This tree is absolutely perfect for us. The narrow base fits the area nicely. The "natural tips" really do make it look like a live tree. Setup was so easy. There are no cords to plug together. Just connect your sections and plug in the tree. The gloves they include for fluffing the branches are great at protecting the forearms. It even comes with a remote with 8 different light settings. On top of everything else, you get a warranty (and can buy extra) that you don't get when you but from a home improvement store. This tree promises to provide years of service

    This tree was so easy to assemble, fluff and decorate. It looks amazing! It isn't too wide and taking up the entire room. The number of lights is perfect. It has different patterned blinking, but we mainly stuck with solid on. The only negative, I have 4 kids and 7 grandkids, and we needed more room under the bottom branches for gifts. Next year, we'll put it on a stand.

The floor remote doesn't usually work at first; it takes several attempts and then the lights come out. Also we have to plug in/unplug a few times to enhance to facilitate lights coming on as well.
