On this very page Kingston says "USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds" Real world "3.2 Gen 1" speeds are 400 MB/s This has 13 MB/s max write speed, in best circumstances. Scam.

Good afternoon. We apologize for any confusion but as stated on our website, this product is USB 3.2 Gen 1 compliant. This means it meets 3.2 hardware and interface compliancy. A compliant drive means that it provides reasonable measures of acceptability. USB products that pass this level of acceptability are therefore 3.2 compliant. As to the speed it may vary depending on your host drive hardware, software and type of usage. If a faster speed is desired you may wish to consider one of our other faster drives. tainly! Let’s correct the grammar mistakes in your text: Unexpected very slow speeds, products like this must not be produced. The USB 3.2 label on the packaging was at least misleading. After 25+ years of supporting your brand, this was my last purchase from you. Farewell, Kingston!
