I absolutely loved this hair clip, however it broke after a month, and I wasn't even wearing it everyday. just a couple times a week. considering the price, that's crazy.

Love this clip!!!!! I have decently thick hair and this keeps it up all day long! Even for my 12 hour nursing shifts! I LOVE that I can lay my head back in the car and it doesn’t hurt! I’ve slept in it multiple times :) can’t wait for there to be more colors!

I have thick shoulder length hair and this clip holds it all up….and doesn’t give me a headache.

It doesn’t fit all of my hair but I bought it fully expecting that all my hair wouldn’t fit. I have thick, wavy hair that is long and intended to use it to put my hair half up, half down. Initially I thought it would be too bulky but it looks really nice with wavy hair and does not stick out too much. It’s actually one of the first hair clips I really like!!

Nice weight and thickness. Not flimsy and works really well. It doesn't feel like something that's going to break easily at the bottom of your bag. Holds more hair than the average claw clip. Would be comfortable for long drives and I even could lay down face up if I had to and still be comfortable

It’s kind of amazing how disappointed I am with this clip. To call it large is a misnomer; it is quite large but the plastic is thick so the inside space for hair is medium at best. I have long (falls to my boobs, above bra strap) straight thick hair. I cannot fit all of my hair into the clip. The images on Kitsch’s website show several women wearing it for half their hair, versus all of their hair in a twist — that should have tipped me off. It should not be sold as “large.” I’ve had it for a few weeks and have tried daily to make it work. I tilt my head to have gravity help get more strands in, I start my twist lower, I clip the loose strands and let the twist hold itself, I spend several minutes trying over and over, even though a clip should work on the first try without thought or effort. Inevitably it falls out, which is enormously frustrating. Yes, it looks nice. Yes, it allows for a flat lay so you can in theory wear it in the car or in a rocking chair while holding your baby without discomfort. But only if a medium clip works for you. I wish Kitsch would make the plastic much thinner, esp the back piece that slides against your skull. The space inside that holds hair needs to be expanded and they could put the little silicone nubs on the teeth to help with slipping, would be more effective. Such a bummer.

I have wavy hair that goes just past my boob, medium thickness and it holds it all in. Sometimes have to push a side in but once it’s there it holds well. It’s stylish as well. What I really love is that when I want to lean my head back it’s not bulky! Sometimes it’s awkward with a regular clip when I rest my head, so I’m happy with this. I was hoping it wouldn’t leave as much as a crease as a regular clip, but negatory. Big dents and creases from where it was holding. But I would buy again and I do recommend . I’ve had it for about a month now, use it a few times a week.
