I am 72 and started to get lines around my mouth and did some research on Derma Rollers and thought I would give it a try. It's not an overnight fix especially at my age but I am starting to see my lines smoother less noticeable. Very Happy with this product and Kitsch is a wonderful company.

I had never used a ice roller prior to this. I was pleasantly suprised how amazing it felt. It helped reduce the puffiness in my face. I also felt like I had a face massage afterwards. There is easy to read directions on the box if you have never used one. My biggest regret is not buying it sooner!

I was skeptical when I purchased this but WOW! I saw a difference in my under chin area after TWO uses! That jowl started to disappear. I use it for about two minutes when I wake up and another two minutes before going to bed. Everything looks lifted and firmer. I'm buying spares so I'm never without this tool again!!

I really wanted to like this roller but I just can't. The needles are independent of each other which is fine, however, in my case, the 2 exterior rows of needles were hard to move and didn't roll with the inner ones when being used. This resulted in the 2 exterior rows of needs scratching my face/neck an causing red raised areas that were extremely sore. It's been almost 12 hours since I used it and while less red, still painful. I was soooo looking forward to loving this. Really disappointed. Giving 2 stars in lieu of 1 as I'm hoping it was just a product defect on the one I received and not all of them.

I haven't gotten to use the rollers much. Plan on adding them to a daily nighttime routine. I do love the cooling sensation from the ice roller. I also like that they come with a cute little bag that makes it easier for me to store and keep together.
