The bottle design is terrible, as others have noted. I love the conditioner, I just can't get it out of the bottle. Will not buy again unless the bottle is changed.

The conditioner is very hard to get out of the bottle and leaves my hair dry

In combination with the Shampoo, this conditioner leaves my hair feeling extra soft and smooth. Love the smell too!

Negative 0 stars for bottle design. I appreciate the space saving design but it far from saves my sanity! The bottle is SO hard and so difficult to squeeze, especially with wet slippery hands and then the hole that the product is supposed to come out of is like a pin hole. Seriously frustrating and a lot of product is wasted. WHY do companies do this?? The product designer should be fired. Make tubes like the ones “Being” makes and save everyone’s sanity and retain more customers. Will be shopping for another brand.

I have been experiencing itchy, dry, flaky scalp issues for a few months. I can’t believe after 1 use of the rice water shampoo and conditioner it completely cleared up!! I love the his product

LOVE THE CONDITIONER. The 3 stars is due to the bottle design. It is so hard to get the product out and you cannot take the lid off.

I could not get the product out of the bottle. Very poor design. I will go back to the bar version until they fix this problem. I do love the conditioner and was looking forward to having a liquid version for my home shower.

I seem to be getting little bumps on my head when I use your products and they itch and hurt.

I've not even tried this shampoo and conditioner system yet (Rice Water Protein - Strenthening), but like others, found the conditioner bottle stickier to open than the shampoo bottle, despite the instructions provided in the product carousel to just push down firmly the first time. I have no hand strength or mobility issues, and still find this lock feature annoying. I'm hoping the product itself will dispense easily, and that I'll see some real improvement in the current condition of my naturally fine hair that unfortunately has developed some breakage.

I like the product and it does the job! But I don't like the containers as they are very stiff and hard for older people to push to get the shampoo and conditioner out.

I absolutely love the liquid shampoo and conditioner. I started out using the bars but switched to the liquid form and couldn’t be happier. I have been using the product for several months now and it seems to have dramatically slowed down my hair shedding. The only thing I would change about the product is the shape of the bottles. They are very hard to squeeze product out of. Bottle shape is the only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 out of 5

I like the way the Rice Water shampoo lathers and how it makes my hair feel so clean. The conditioner is light and doesn’t weigh my thin hair down. I also received the wet brush, scalp tool to use when shampooing, and the drain cover. My favorite is the scalp massaging tool. I like how it invigorates the scalp.

I am so glad to have found this line of fantastic products! I have thin, fine hair that dries out and gets weighed down by many conditioners. This conditioner gives me a silky shine and a healthy look that I haven’t had in years.

Really like the formula. Packaging is horrible. Very difficult to use.

I tried this product as an alternative to another product I used Attitude Living, I find this product to be very skin friendly, non-irritating to my skin and I have many allergies to everything. I would definitely suggest this to my sensitive skin friends out there.
