Kitsch Strengthening Rice Water Conditioner - 12oz

My hair came out in handfuls using this product and the shampoo that goes with it. Each time I used it the amount of hair loss increased exponentially. Being a licensed hair stylist for close to 50 yrs. Never have had this happen with the numerous products tried. I contacted Kitsch who could have cared less. Will never buy another Kitsch Product - money and sales seems more important than their customers experience.

Absolutely love the product. But HATE the packaging. Kitsch needs to update their packaging because it’s incredibly hard to use and is 100% not accessible. The most difficult product packaging I’ve ever dealt with. Please update because me and other users would love to keep using but the packaging is the worst I’ve seen in a long time.

The product itself is amazing. It makes my hair feel soft without weighing it down. The bottle design is terrible. It’s so hard to squeeze to get the product out. I wouldn’t purchase again unless they change the bottle design.

Negative 0 stars for bottle design. I appreciate the space saving design but it far from saves my sanity! The bottle is SO hard and so difficult to squeeze, especially with wet slippery hands and then the hole that the product is supposed to come out of is like a pin hole. Seriously frustrating and a lot of product is wasted. WHY do companies do this?? The product designer should be fired. Make tubes like the ones “Being” makes and save everyone’s sanity and retain more customers. Will be shopping for another brand.

LOVE THE CONDITIONER. The 3 stars is due to the bottle design. It is so hard to get the product out and you cannot take the lid off.

I could not get the product out of the bottle. Very poor design. I will go back to the bar version until they fix this problem. I do love the conditioner and was looking forward to having a liquid version for my home shower.

It’s really hard to squeeze the product out of the bottle

I've not even tried this shampoo and conditioner system yet (Rice Water Protein - Strenthening), but like others, found the conditioner bottle stickier to open than the shampoo bottle, despite the instructions provided in the product carousel to just push down firmly the first time. I have no hand strength or mobility issues, and still find this lock feature annoying. I'm hoping the product itself will dispense easily, and that I'll see some real improvement in the current condition of my naturally fine hair that unfortunately has developed some breakage.

Really like the formula. Packaging is horrible. Very difficult to use.

2 stars for the bottle design. The product is great but the teeny tiny little hole is really hard to squeeze the product out, especially with the conditioner!

I love the rice water shampoo and conditioner, it smells amazing and my hair is much stronger

I am loving these products from the shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth and healthier than it had in years. The air dry cream prevents frizz but also gives me the wavy I have been looking for. I no longer look like I'm wearing a cotton all hat on my head. Price point is also a big plus! Especially compared to those big promise brands that don't deliver.

My hair was coming out by the handfuls, so I thought I would try this and the shampoo. My hair quit falling out I couldn't believe it. I love this stuff. Will continue to use it.

This is truly the best conditioner i tried. It makes my hair silky smooth and soooooo soft. Definitely will buy again.

From the very 1st time I used my hair looked and felt so much better. Even the girls at work noticed and commented. Great products!!
