Crumble/break apart quickly
I want to love the zero plastic bar. However I was able to use it maybe 5 times before the whole bar just fall apart. I’m surprised there’s not more complaint about the crumbling problem. My hair feels great though. Also, why isn’t there a bottle option for the same castor oil formula?

Hooked after the first use!
I have long, naturally thick, coarse, wavy/slightly curly hair and had been looking for a conditioner that is low toxin but can still make my hair smooth. My search is over and I’m hooked! My hair is smooth without looking greasy, and I’m so happy I found this! Although the bar is small and pricey, not much is needed for full effect. I was hesitant to buy conditioner in bar form but pleasantly surprised at how effective it is.

I love the clean scent. It's not overpowering, not perfumey...just nice. I do have to learn that I don't need to use so much. You really just need to rub it into a couple of spots on your scalp and it lathers a LOT!! Same with the conditioner. A little truly goes a long way!

Waste of Money
This conditioner bar was a huge disappointment. It crumbled after just two uses and only lasted for five washes in total. It's a shame because the formula itself works well, but the poor durability makes it impossible to recommend.

Damaged
My hair is not more nourishing and still dry and damaged after using now for several weeks. This was recommended by my hairdresser and am not sure if I need to give it more time but so far see no difference from when I started using this product.

It can take some time for improvement, but if you’re not seeing results, I recommend trying our Coconut Oil Shampoo or pair with the Castor Oil Conditioner for added moisture. not for fine/oily hair
I have fine hair that veers towards the oily side. Since starting the use of the conditioner bar it has weighed my hair down and looked oily after washing. This would be good for someone with thicker drier hair, however this one is not for me. It does smell good tho!!
