Stains Your Sheets!
I love this eye mask. It’s the only weighted eye mask that is appealing to me. But it stains my pillowcases black and if it falls off for some reason and it gets under me, it stains my sheets as well. In the market for a new mask. Wish Kitsch would replace this and fix this issue. I don’t know if it has to do with the scented (oil?) inside or what. I’ve even tried washing it to get some of the dye out to no avail.

Weighted eye mask is a must!
For the last year or so I have been using a sleep mask to encourage seeet dreams with varying results. This weighted lavender scented sleep mask is a godsend! Not only do I fall asleep more easily at night but it’s also helpful for those afternoon naps (Hey, I’m 76 and retired!) Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my satin weighted eye mask. I have purchased for all my friends too. It's been a game changer. I not only have insomnia but I'm very light sensitive and this amazing eye mask helps both. The lavender scent isn't too strong either which is nice. It's the best, you definitely need!

I got a splinter
I really loved this thing for a while, I would use it everyday. I woke up in pain with a splinter in my eye and I could see a little hole in the inside of the mask. I had to pull a tiny stem of lavender from my eyelid which was not easy. I might still wear it with a different mask as a barrier but I would not recommend using this directly on the eyes 😔

As a chronic insomniac who is ultra-sensitive to light, I've tried 8 or 10 different types of sleep masks. This one sends me off on a big cloud of soothing lavender, and even when I wake up with the sun rise, I can usually drift back to sleep for an hour or more. You can push the little glass beads into a configuration that suits you, and I rearrange them every night.

I have to be honest: I bought this as a gift to give for Christmas. I went off of what the previous reviews were. The packaging is nice and I have been tempted to keep this for myself. I am just trying to prepare ahead for Christmas.

Not a fan
I wanted to love this eye mask but I just don't. I sleep on my side a lot of times so all the filler slides to one side and is not comfortable. The lavender was too strong and made my eyes burn. When I reached out to the company to inquire how to refund or exchange the mask they said they would look into it and get back to me and I never heard back from anyone. Its a little discouraging.

Beware of black marks on pillowcase
Yes this mask is comfortable, yes it blocks light and stays in place. BUT if you're a side sleeper it leaves significant black marks on the pillowcase. I need to thoroughly pretreat the pillowcases before washing to get the marks to, mostly, go away.

If there was an option, would rate 4.5 and only because I wish there was some sort of a soft seam between the left and right side. The glass beads/lavendar tend to fall to one side placing more weight on one eye but if you are a back sleeper, no biggie. Love the smell and the black out. I fall asleep much easier.
