Kitsch The Lavender Weighted Satin Eye Mask

I have to be honest: I bought this as a gift to give for Christmas. I went off of what the previous reviews were. The packaging is nice and I have been tempted to keep this for myself. I am just trying to prepare ahead for Christmas.

I wanted to love this eye mask but I just don't. I sleep on my side a lot of times so all the filler slides to one side and is not comfortable. The lavender was too strong and made my eyes burn. When I reached out to the company to inquire how to refund or exchange the mask they said they would look into it and get back to me and I never heard back from anyone. Its a little discouraging.

Yes this mask is comfortable, yes it blocks light and stays in place. BUT if you're a side sleeper it leaves significant black marks on the pillowcase. I need to thoroughly pretreat the pillowcases before washing to get the marks to, mostly, go away.

If there was an option, would rate 4.5 and only because I wish there was some sort of a soft seam between the left and right side. The glass beads/lavendar tend to fall to one side placing more weight on one eye but if you are a back sleeper, no biggie. Love the smell and the black out. I fall asleep much easier.

Love this product and smells so good and it’s relaxing

The material feels nice but the beads inside the mask make it really uncomfortable. Doesn't work if you move around in your sleep as the beads just fall to one side of the mask and are not fixed to give an even distribution of the weight

This item is pure luxury. I don't know how else to say it. I love it more than I thought I would. The lavender scent was barely noticable and seemed to fade out, I don't notice it after using for a week. I used in tandem with the satin lined sleep beanie and they seemed to help each other stay in place. And total light blocking. The weight of just right 👍

The product is well made. Just put too much pressure on my eyeballs. I'm Japanese and my eye sockets are very shallow.

I have had various sleep masks, but this weighted one is great! fits suggley no light gets in, no matter how much I turn, and the bonus is the faint lavender scent.

My intent was to purchase this product as a gift for my mother for Mother's Day this year. As soon as I had shown my mother the eye mask, she was pleased in having receive it from me; Some good elements with this eye mask, is that it's weight stimulates/promotes relaxation and restful sleep, blocks light effectively by applying soft and even pressure on and around the eyes, and the glass microbeads and dried lavender filling provides a gentle massage effect to name a few. My mother hasn't used the eye mask yet but, I can tell that she will enjoy using it whenever she takes a nap within the day and/or goes to bed at night.
