Kohler One Handle Stainless Steel Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Model No. R562-SD-VS

I bought this faucet 6 years ago and it has already started leaking terribly to the point of being unusable. (see photo).

Great faucet and functions the way we expected. I purchased additional plastic caps so complement our countertop and it looks great. Just wish Kohler would not have discontinued our sink rack!!

Will always buy Kohler. This faucet was working great for 8 years and now has a leak in the hose. Couldn't find the part locally anywhere. Called Kohler for help, and WOW, it's under warranty and they are sending me the part for free. For this reason alone, I will always buy a Kohler and would be happy with this model as well. The Customer Service was amazing! Megan and Tracy were both very helpful and top notch. One note on this particular model: The changing out of the handle color, which is a rubber slip, sort of, isn't that useful. It's easy enough but ultimately, I found it an unnecessary feature and would have been just as happy with a standard stainless steel handle.

Love the look and operation when it was new. now having a few issues with spray head not wanting to change back and forth between spray patterns, and possible bad seal with the on an off valve, it will develop a small drip every now and then. would like to speak to a rep about the issues. Thanks

Bought two of these in 2019 for a full kitchen remodel. Love the black handles with my black granite. Sprayer does tend to cause a lot of splash, and with the hard water here, I end up mopping up the excess to avoid white mineral deposits. Soap dispensers are my biggest complaint as they tend to stick and won't dispense soap without a great deal of bother. Tried cleaning, silicone grease to no avail. One has completely failed, the other has good days and bad.

Purchased a couple of months ago and flow has continued to be reduced over time. Will replace as soon as possible

I purchased this faucet in 2019 when I finally had my permanent granite counters installed. After the stone guys left I installed this myself in about 10 minutes. It looks great, works perfectly, and once I got over the fan spray surprise I grew to love it. I had to -1 star because the soap dispenser stopped pumping this month and I have not been able to fix it.

2nd replacement and same problems with low flow, no hot water at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is for the Malleco faucet. I have had it for about 6 months now and it is still working and looking great, but the head won't stay where you put it, it always wants to turn back to the center whether you are using it or not. If anybody knows a fix for that then please let me know! I also took a little while to get used to the fan shaped power spray, but it works good, you just have to dry everything after using it because water gets everywhere from the backspray. If you are reading this before installing this, then you might want to position the handle on the backside. I am constantly hitting it with the dishes I am washing and it changes the water temperature on you.
