Life changer

I've purchased this multiple times & the orange flavored ones as well. I suffer from anxiety & IBS-D. For more than 30 years I have been on multiple prescribed medications, nothing has ever worked. This is the ONLY thing that has helped when I have a bad flare up, which could last very long. For me, when it's bad I start with 2 packs a day, then go to 1 to maintain until the flare up settles down. Of course it's a constant battle & never over, but I'm telling you it's helped me.
